Why do you need fabric protection? The answer is you may not! Carpet and fabric protector is similar to clear coat on a wood floor, or you car. It acts as a protective barrier between the fibers (paint or wood) so that the soil attaches to the protectant, not to the surface it is protecting. When we clean your carpets that have a protectant on them, the soil will release more readily, (just as a car with wax on it will clean up better than one without).
